Fall/Winter Youth Registration

Registration Options:

• Online payment with VISA or MasterCard (Highly Recommended)

• Attend registration sessions at the Dartmouth United Soccer Office (payment by cash, cheque, or money order only): Wednesday, August 25th from 6 – 9 pm & Saturday August 28th from 9:00-11:00 AM (bring payment, jersey deposit cheque & ID photo)
• Visit our DU office during open hours (payment by cash, cheque, or money order only)  Bring payment,  and a jersey deposit cheque.
• Download the 3-page registration form and drop off your completed forms, cheque/money order (no cash), the Tier 1 fee (if applicable) and a jersey deposit cheque in the locked mailbox at the entrance to the DU office.

 Payment:

• Players MUST be registered BEFORE attending tryouts, practices or programs.
• If you are registering 4 or more children, you are entitled to a fee reduction for the 4th child. Please contact the office to review this option before registering.
• Players who wish to try-out for a Tier 1 team must pay the Tier 1 fee.  The difference in price from Tier 2 to Tier 1 is to provide an honorarium for Tier 1 coaches. 
• Players who try-out for Tier 1, but do not make the final roster, will be refunded the $20 on request.
• A minimum payment of $50 per program is necessary at the time of registration. We will not register players without payment.* 
• Player acceptance for any program is not considered complete until full payment is received (or arrangements have been made for payment) and any balance from previous seasons is settled with the Club.*

• Jerseys are provided by DU.  Players must submit a jersey deposit cheque ($50.00, dates April 1, 2011) to the DU office before receiveing a jersey; this cheque will be cashed if the jersey is not returned at the end of the season. 

  * Exceptions may be granted for participants requesting funding through agencies (e.g., KidSport, HRM Kids) and in exceptional circumstances. To discuss payment options, contact the DU office at dusc@ns.aliantzinc.ca or 433-3872.

  • Refund policy - The minmum payment referred to in the Refund Policy (Item 6b) is currently $50 and the administrative fee is $15.
