To promote in all Dartmouth United Soccer Club members, at all levels, a life-long love of soccer, and to promote development of each individual as a complete person.
The Dartmouth United Soccer Club is firmly committed to pursuing its Mission. As part of the Club’s Strategic Planning Process, seven strategic goals were identified to help focus the efforts and resources of the Club.
Strategic Goals:
1. To promote individual, team and interpersonal development of all players.
2. To promote development of quality coaching at all levels.
3. To promote enlistment, development and appreciation of volunteers.
4. To promote good communication, club spirit and fair play.
5. To develop and maintain sound policies which support the goals of the Club and the sport of soccer.
6. To ensure that Club members work and play within a safe environment.
7. To promote the development and ongoing support of game officials.
