| Posted November 3, 2009 Lifetime Acheivement AwardBrian ShawThe Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to a person who has contributed significantly to the development of both the game of soccer, and being a positive influence to the youth of our society - Brian is a most worthy recipient. After coaching early on in Timberlea and Woodlawn, Brian is a founding member of DUSC and coached Youth Boys from U12 right through to U18, highlighted by a Silver Medal at the 1987 National Championships. He continued to coach in the Senior Division for several years beyond his tenure at DUSC. Brian was involved in many ways than just a coach – he served in several positions with the Dartmouth District, the NSSL, and the Referee Association.
